Please note that the customer is responsible for any VAT, customs duties, taxes, and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery.
We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for up-to-date charges before placing an order to avoid any unexpected fees.
Order Processing & Express Delivery Time
1. For in-stock products: Packages will be dispatched to the customer within 1-2 business days.
2. For per-orders: Shipping will occur within 2-3 business days once the goods arrive at our warehouse.

Tracking Number
After your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact customer support at support@kikibabe.com.
