(U.S.,UK) will be charged a standard $30 restocking fee.
Returns must be delivered to our e-commerce warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund. Any return received after 15 days will be returned to the sender. Please allow up to 10 days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process your return. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email, and
refunds may take 10 business days to reflect, depending on your banking institution.
Please note that all domestic (Dubai.) returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, while international returns (U.S,U.K ), will incur a $30 restocking fee.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be in their original condition, including all tags, and must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
- All packaging, including garment bags shipped with your order, must be returned.
- Each clothing item has a tag stating, "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned." Once this tag is removed, the garment is no longer eligible for return.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and will be honored for at least one year from the date of issue. They are
valid for use exclusively on the Kikibabe online store.
